The Rhino Industrial Fluid Tester (IFT), a rugged handheld refractometer, quickly and accurately determines ratio or concentration of water-soluble industrial fluids or lubricants. The Rhino IFT40 is designed for cutting fluids, water-soluble lubricants, fire-fighting foam and any water-soluble fluid. This instrument is feature-packed with a rugged, chemical resistant housing to stand up to the demands of field use.

Key Features

Black polycarbonate housings improve image quality by reducing stray light. Blue painted prisms improve visibility of the scale.
IP67 rated dust proof and water resistant. With the new polymer housing and double-cemented glass optics, the Rhino refractometer is ultra rugged and impact resistant, able to withstand repeated drops from 3 feet.
Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) provides accurate readings without the need for temperature correction charts and tables.
Rhino IFT40 refractometer works for a variety of applications including: food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial cutting fluids These refractometers are at home in the laboratory, in the factory, or in the field.
